I used to workout at the gym with machines and dumbbells, but were not sufficiently motivating and even boring, eventually I stopped the workout.
Until four or five months, I learned through my boyfriend and encouraged by him, I tried. Since then, I love to work out with Kettlebells. And we are now a few more working out with these tools.
It’s a fun sport in which you work the whole body, you put to the test your flexibility, strength and endurance. Improve your physical condition at all levels!
You can even complete your workout with the Cross Fit training (ropes, jumping, running, macebell, Indian clubs, etc.).
I advise everyone to try, for sure you will love it! Have fun and improve your physical condition at the same time!
